Purpose
QuickMSE is a free public beta for healthcare professionals. Its Mental State Examination builder helps the user assemble editable wording from their own observations and patient-reported information. The user chooses the entries, can add context, and must review and edit the generated wording before use.
Limits
QuickMSE documents user-selected information. It does not assess a patient, decide what must be recorded, diagnose, assess risk, make legal determinations, triage, prescribe or recommend treatment, admission or discharge. It does not replace a clinical interview, professional judgement, current authoritative guidance, local policy or emergency procedures.
