Agreement and eligibility
By using QuickMSE, you agree to these Terms and the Intended Use notice. QuickMSE is a free public beta intended for healthcare professionals.
Permitted use
You may use the MSE builder to assemble editable wording from your own assessment. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access or misuse its content.
Your responsibilities
Do not enter names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, addresses, contact details or other information that could identify a patient. You must review, correct and complete generated wording before use. You remain responsible for professional judgement, documentation standards, current authoritative guidance, local policy, information governance and the safe handling of anything copied from QuickMSE.
Beta availability
QuickMSE may contain errors or omissions and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Availability is not guaranteed. Keep an alternative way to prepare clinical documentation and do not rely on QuickMSE for urgent communication.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those limits, you remain responsible for reviewing the output and deciding whether and how to use it.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Questions may be sent to quickmse@gmail.com.
